Birdies & Bets
Refund Policy
Paid features in Birdies & Bets, such as a monthly subscription, are sold as in-app purchases through Apple's App Store. Apple takes the payment and decides every refund, so we can't issue, approve or speed up a refund ourselves. We never see your card or payment details. This page explains how to ask Apple for a refund, how to cancel a subscription, and what happens to your scores.
Asking for a refund
- Go to reportaproblem.apple.com and sign in with the Apple ID you paid with.
- Choose I'd like to → Request a refund, pick a reason, and select the Birdies & Bets purchase.
- Submit the request. Apple usually gives an answer within a couple of days.
Apple's own guide is at support.apple.com. If something you bought isn't working, please email us too: we can't refund you, but we can usually fix the problem.
Cancelling a subscription
On your iPhone, open Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions → Birdies & Bets → Cancel Subscription. To avoid the next charge, cancel at least 24 hours before it renews.
After you cancel, you keep the paid features until the end of the period you've already paid for, and the subscription then stops. Cancelling doesn't refund the current period; to ask for that, request a refund from Apple.
Deleting the app or your account
Deleting the app, or your Birdies & Bets account, does not cancel a subscription. Subscriptions belong to your Apple ID, so cancel in Settings first, as above.
Your scores
Cancelling a subscription or getting a refund doesn't touch your rounds, players or courses. You keep your scorecards; only the paid features stop once the purchase is cancelled or refunded.
Your rights
Nothing in this policy takes away rights you have under consumer protection laws, such as the right to withdraw from a purchase in the European Union and the United Kingdom. Apple applies those rights to App Store purchases. See also our terms of service.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, the new version will be posted at this address with a new effective date.
